Buyaka, Turkey
The Buyaka commercial complex opened in 2012 in Ümraniye, Istanbul Province, Turkey. The buyaka complex includes a shopping mall, 3 office buildings with 21 floors, and 1 home-office block with 22 floors. Buyaka is a multifunctional project which is designed by Turkish architects Durmuş Dilekci and Emir Uras.
Buyaka's Build Up Area is 248,000 square meters with 30,000 square meters shopping area of fashion , entertainment, trace cafes, restaurants and eateries with 3000 seats, and is the most prestigious mall of the Asian side with its selected mixture of national and international brands with 150 stores. The mall has a free parking space for 1200 cars.
