Jeddah Tower (Kingdom Tower), Tallest building in future
Jeddah Tower or Kingdom Tower in Jeddah is designed by Burj Khalifa architect, Adrian Smith and will be the world’s tallest skyscraper with a height of 1,007 meter (3 303.8 feet). This project has started from January, 2012 and is due to be completed in 2019. Kingdom tower will have more than 200 floors, with the highest deck observation in the world on the 157th level.
Total construction area of 530,000 square meters (5.7 million square feet) is expected to cost $1.2 billion to construct. Kingdom Tower will be a mixed-use building featuring a luxury hotel, office space, serviced apartments and the world’s highest observatory.
