432 Park Avenue

432 Park Avenue is an ultra-luxurious tall residential building located in New York City, United States. The 425.5-meter building is not only the tallest residential tower in the Western Hemisphere but also the tallest residential skyscraper in the world.  The building with a Development GFA area of 74,322 m², is designed by Rafael Vinoly. The 96-story luxury building including 10 floors of penthouses features 104 condominium residences and more than 2750 square meter of premium amenities consist of swimming pool, spa with a private massage therapy room, billiards room, full-service restaurant and fully stocked gym. Residents on higher floors will experience breathtaking views while looking down upon New York City’s skyline.

The project has started construction in December 2011 and is scheduled to complete in 2015.
