This complex consists of 2 blocks, each with 9 floors (6 residential levels on the ground floor and 2 basement floors) including 100 residential units with an area of ​​14,394 square meters, 144 residential parking units, and 10 commercial units with an area of ​​547 square meters, and 22 commercial parking units.
