In a spectacular point, Niasarm Creek gets so close to Zayandehroud River that there is only a space wide enough for one parcel between them, where the houses between the river and stream are built. The building is not a dense and closed mass somewhere between Niasarm Creek and Zayandehroud River.
The river’s breeze causes pores in the volume, and the middle yard joins Zayandehroud transparently and openly. The yard defines the vertical connections while the alleys in heights define degrees of neighborhood in an apartment complex in connection with the river and the creek.
The story of entering the house is not confined to the outside–door–inside trilogy. The design of the experience of leaving the city to rest in the house results in a complicated, extended, exciting, and discoverable scenario, which is the main idea behind the houses between the river and the creek. Years later, the residents of this neighborhood will review their memories, memories from the places between their houses.
