Emporis Skyscraper 2012 Award: No.2) Al Hamra Tower
Al Hamra tower, in Kuwait, is the second winner of the Emporis Skyscraper Award in 2011.This 77-storey tower, is designed by Skidmore, Owings & Merrill LLP Co., and is the tallest tower in Kuwait with the 412.6 meters (1354 feet) height. The construction started at 2004 and completed in 2011. Al Hamra skyscraper is a landmark tower with the exceptional view of the Persian Gulf.
